This 1930's remodel started the 1st of September 2001, was completed November 15, 2001, two weeks before Thanksgiving Day. We almost doubled the size of the 1,388 square foot hip roof, two bedroom, one bath home.

We completely removed the roof, added four dormers and two large gables. This added two large bedrooms and a master bath upstairs for an additional 1,232 square feet. In addition, we remodeled the kitchen with all new oak cabinetry and oak trim, with splash board counter top. Access to the new upper level was accomplished by the installation of an "L" shaped staircase with a spacious midway landing, perfect for an antique oval mirror and ornate wall table.
